“I feel confident now in leading a class, not just in terms of sequences and alignment, but also in creating classes that represent my unique gifts. I can say with confidence that I am a better human for having had the opportunity to be here.”
“I realy liked the combination of philosophy, asana, anatomy, etc. I always knew there was so much more to yoga than just the physical practice, and now I have a deeper understanding of it all because of reading the Sutras, learning Sanskrit, practicing Kirtan, etc. Going through the training challenged me mentally and physically, and I now have a stronger connection with yoga and the community because of it.”
“This training has blown my mind. It has been so comprehensive—and I love it. Not only am I walking away learning to teach yoga, but I have been given so many tools. I have grown so much in my life and in my practice. ”
“I am walking away from this 200 hr YTT with more knowledge and tools than I ever imagined I would. I am eternally grateful to Devi Yoga for Women for facilitating such an amazing training and sharing such richness with the community.”
