Drawing on a combined total of over 25 years teaching Prenatal yoga, Katie and Kirsten have lead dozens of trainings together and welcomed successful graduates from all over the globe. This training is intended for yoga teachers, midwives, doulas and other health professionals who are interested in teaching yoga to Pregnant women. 

Throughout the course of the training you will dive deep into the world of mamas and babies and learn the skills to artfully teach yoga to pregnant women. Learn more about yourself as a woman and as a teacher. In addition to being extremely informative and practical, this training is a transformational journey. Not only do women emerge as Prenatal teachers, but as stronger yoga teachers overall.

Through daily practice teaching and constructive feedback, we support women in finding their authentic voice and teach from a place of embodied presence. We will help you empower women through their journey into motherhood and build communities that last a lifetime.

  • The skills to sequence and create a great Prenatal Yoga class
  • Knowledge of the physiology and anatomy of pregnancy and birth
  • Familiarity with the pregnant year from a holistic perspective

The first 100 hours of the Women's Yoga training is for all women seeking a deep immersion in yoga philosophy and practice.

This training will give you the practical skills you need to deepen your commitment to yoga, refine your teaching and create the space for a radical transformation of your inner landscape. It is an opportunity to be a part of an ongoing circle of women supporting one another in awakening to their fullest potential. This training is for yoga teachers that have already completed a Yoga Alliance approved 200 training and are looking to deepen their knowledge of yoga , get more practice teaching with constructive feedback.  After completion of this program you will eligible to register as an  RYT 500 instructor with Yoga Alliance.  

Our spacious ten month format allows time for integration, embodiment and practice.

Jeanie Manchester is the founder of Anjaneya Yoga Shala in Boulder, CO and the creator of Shakti Rise Immersion & Trainings ( E-RYT500 Instructor) which draw on her 30 years of dedicated practice and teaching. Jeanie created Sacred Flow, her signature vinyasa classes rooted in meditation, bhakti chant, storytelling, mantra,mudra and the art of living a daily practice on and off the mat. Her students love her heart based, friendly style of intuitive mentoring and teaching She is a dedicated student of Neelakantha meditation and the Sri Vidya Goddess tradition of South India.

Kirsten Warner has been a dedicated yoga practitioner for over 25 years, She is an E-RYT 500 instructor and the founder of Devi Yoga for Women. In addition to leading ongoing classes, workshops and retreats, Kirsten has developed several Yoga Alliance approved teacher-training programs. Her own radical transformation as a woman and yogini has inspired her to work with the energies of the divine feminine and use yoga and the alchemy of interconnection to help to support women around the world. Kirsten has travelled and studied in India extensively since she first fell in love with it back in 1999.
